BECOME A BOARD MEMBER.....
When you become a board member of 'Guardian Here for you CIC', you are expressing your good nature and commitment in supporting the vulnerable individuals and groups in our communities, and contributing to the upholding of objectives. You will be acting to participate in 'safe guarding' the interests of this non-profit community interest company, and be involved with;
1) Any big decisions regarding the future for best interests.
2) Any big funding decisions.
3) Raising funds should you have ideas.
4) Any safe Guarding decisions should any arise.
By
1) Attending 6 monthly meetings to ensure that the constitution and any inhouse policy is being followed. And to give your opinions on any changes or updates needed, should there be any - And reaching agreement with such.
2) Being a 2nd signatory for the treasurers business account for security purposes (only 1 of the trustees will have this responsibility).

(Please note; This is a VOLUNTEER, expense paid only, role - NOT paid employment. In the near future, there will be scope for employment where '1' of the roles can be converted to a 'secretary' salaried role.
