MALE DEVELOPMENT
(18-36)!

For those who want to do more with their life, but are in financial hardship so cannot see a future - Guardian can provide;

- Development grant.

- Mentoring/Apprentice scheme.

 (Applicant must not be in receipt of student loans or any career development grants/loans, must not be studying or on any other apprentice/mentoring scheme, and must prove any financial hardship)

"529,000 young people aged 18-22 were unemployed in February-April 2021. The number who are economically inactive (not in or looking for work) increased by 37,000 from the previous quarter and increased by 241,000 from the previous year to 2.83 million. Sometimes young adults do not get a good start in life (one of the reasons being due to poverty), and this can lead to bad decisions being made which can affect the rest of a person’s life, which in turn lead to an increase of youth crime, pregnancy, as well as long-time unemployment. A helping hand is sometimes all a person needs to change a future for the better.

Positive youth development strengthens young people's sense of identity, belief in the future, self-regulation, and self-efficacy as well as social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioural competence. Guardian here for you will aim to provide financial support to young adult males for training and educational purposes which will aid growth or possibility of future career. Guardian here for you will also periodically open mentoring applications in aim to mentor 1-2 persons per year with a career path where such persons will be financially supported to change there lives in the community for a better future - to become a member of society with a contributory career that helps all. Schools, colleges and universities, will also be targeted from time to tome to provide educational development talks regarding 'male' health (and associated) awareness issues. Other awareness events will also take place in the community."
