SUPPORT FOR MEN
BY MEN
Talking isn't a sign of weakness— it's a sign of strength. By speaking openly, listening to one another, and standing together, we can build connections, find support, and create hope for the future…

NO MAN SHOULD SUFFER
IN SILENCE. Or be alone!
Too often men face life's struggles and carry the weight of difficult times by themselves because of stigma, fear of embarrassment, or simply the belief that, "it's just how men are supposed to be!"
Reaching out for support, or just to make friends, can be one of the most powerful steps toward improving mental wellbeing, preventing crisis, and, ultimately, even saving lives.
GHU provides free peer support groups for men aged 18–70 in Lambeth. The two types of groups offered are a place for men to hang out, speak openly, to off load without fear of judgement, or stigma. Whether struggling with social connection, mental health, loneliness, physical pain, men's health concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, you'll be welcomed by others who understand the importance of listening, supporting one another, socialising, and sharing lived experience.
Come and get things off your chest, support others, or simply sit, listen, and know you are not alone!
THE GROUPS:
EVENTS & SOCIAL
ACTIVITIES...
Beyond weekly groups, we aim to organise free monthly social activities & meetups that help members build friendships, reduce isolation, and strengthen support networks. As well as host community events to raise awareness of men's health, mental wellbeing, and suicide prevention...
GHU is not a crisis or NHS service, therapy, 1-2-1 service, or replacement for mental health services!
