What is GHU?
A place for men in Lambeth to socialise, talk, connect and feel less alone.
Free peer-led support groups and social activities for men ages 18-70.

Too often men face life's struggles and carry the weight of difficult times by themselves because of stigma, fear of embarrassment, or simply the belief that, "it's just how men are supposed to be!" GHU is not a crisis, NHS, therapy, 1-2-1 service, or replacement for mental health services!
